Journalism lab is a set of two sessions per day for the duration of the festival on the latest developments in the Italian media, with particular focus on technological change and new media in general. The sessions take the form of informal and interactive panels/workshops. Please note that translation from Italian to English will not be provided.
The Italian media industry employs, if that’s the right verb, an ever-increasing number of freelancers and journalists on short-term contracts. Not nice for those at the sharp end.
