On Thursday 17 October we announced the closure of the festival due to a shortage of funds for the 2014 edition. On Monday 21 October we announced that in response to a wave of public support we would evaluate crowdfunding (in addition to corporate sponsorship) to finance the 2014 festival. We also announced that the we had received a significant number of proposals from other towns and cities to host the 2014 festival.
At 11.00 CET on Saturday 02 November in the Hotel Brufani in Perugia (an open public meeting to be live-streamed on the festival website) we will announce the following:
> where and when the 2014 festival will take place.
> how the crowdfunding campaign will function.
