Cloud computing - the hows and whys
Cloud computing has been the flavour of the month for a while now. The objective of this workshop is to clarify matters in a practical, interactive way. What is cloud computing, what are the pros and cons, how do I know when I’m using a cloud application, can I use a/the cloud for sensitive data, what are the security implications? And so on. In short, if you need to know more about cloud computing, come along.
Workshops are free entry but registration is required. Each workshop will have a limited number of participants. The workshop registration form will be put on the website soon. Workshop registration will begin on 15 March 2012.
