The dreams and nervous tics, trauma and ambition of all those aspiring game-changers who push, but not too hard, at the doors of the nation. Raised in the eighties, too young for vinyl but too old for the web, today’s forty-year-olds have replaced Che Guevara with Tiger Man, Martin Luther King with Professor Keating from "Dead Poets Society", the revolution with desolation. Condemned to a perpetual balancing act, they grumble and moan but in the end acquiesce.
