Victoria Powell is the founder and CEO of Indielab, an Accelerator programme for independent TV production companies in the UK. Indielab helps TV Indies access specialist knowledge to boost growth, develop investment readiness and meet and pitch to a range of investors in the sector. As well as her work through Indielab, she also consults for media businesses on growth strategy and investment readiness.

Victoria is a former TV producer and co-founder of V Good Films, which was acquired by Illumina (then part of All3 Media) in 2008. She has served an advisor to the Shadow Minister for Media and Communications and is a member of the Access to Finance committee, a sub group of the Creative Industries Council, the joint forum between the creative industries and UK Government.
