I am a festival speaker; do I need to buy a ticket? No. The festival organisation will book and pay for your transfer.

How much does a ticket cost? Each ticket costs 25 euros one way per person.

What routes can I book? The bus service is only available from Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport to Perugia centre, and from Perugia centre to Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport. There are no intermediate stops or other departure/arrival points.

Where can I buy the ticket? Only on this website. The ticket cannot be purchased on the bus.

How long is the trip? The journey time in each direction is approximately 3 hours. For the trip from Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport to Perugia, it is recommended to choose a bus departure time which provides ample time for passport control and baggage collection. For the trip from Perugia to Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport, it is recommended to choose a bus departure time which provides ample time for airport check-in and security checks.

When can I buy the ticket? Seats on the buses are subject to availability so the sooner you buy the ticket the better. The latest you can buy a ticket is 12 hours before the bus departure. After this point, it will not be possible to buy a ticket.

If you are late and therefore miss the bus, it is recommended that you take the train.
