Side Events 2026
To propose a side event, write to side_events@journalismfestival.com.
The deadline for receipt of side event proposals is Wednesday 15 April 2026.
We recommend that you book the venue for your side event as early as possible.
For reference, here are the venues used for 2025 side events.
Suggestions for additional suitable Perugia town centre venues for side events are available on request.
Once the details of your side event are finalised, send the following information to side_events@journalismfestival.com:

> time and date
> title
> brief description
> whether the side event is open to all, by invitation only, requires registration, or other
> who the side event is organised by
> contact info
