In Italy, there is not (yet) a Freedom of Information Act as in the USA and Great Britain, and the access rules can be very useful to journalists and citizens. The association Diritto Di Sapere presents the updated edition of its textbook LegalLeaks distributed under Creative Commons. It explains how to use the Italian rules to request (and obtain) documents, data, and audio-video files from the government.
