In Italy a Freedom of Information Act does not exist yet. But what it provides for could be very useful both for journalists and interested citizens. The association Diritto di Sapere presents the updated edition of its manual LegalLeaks (distributed under Creative Commons) which explains how to use current Italian law to request and obtain official documents, data and audio-video files.
