Nuclear decommissioning: the Italian experience

The role of the media in explaining to citizens a complex and important task for public safety such as nuclear decommissioning, the last phase in the lifecycle of a nuclear facility. How can it be communicated? What are the language and tools to be adopted? The session will consider the Italian experience with Sogin, the public company that is responsible for the dismantling of Italian nuclear power plants and for radioactive waste management.
