The steps that I have learned never to skip, in 15 years of website designing for the Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso (I am in charge of the Information Architecture and User Experience Design area)

Topics: How to go from idea to project: the list of users needs and the definition of the narrative and structural functions. How to design something that can be implemented quickly: the definition of content classes, the content structure and tree architecture. How to design the way the content appears: functional maps, wireframes, graphic mock-ups.

Target group: Journalists and communicators in general who want to deal with online communication in a more knowledgeable way, managers who want to stop being fooled when they ask for an estimate for a website, students of communication (and journalism).

Important note: in order to attend the seminar technical skills are not required, just a cup of good coffee.
