Giulio Albanese
Father Giulio Albanese is an Italian missionary and journalist who belongs to the Congregation of Comboniani Missionaries.
He directed the New People Media Centre in Nairobi Kenya and in 1997 founded the Missionary Service News Agency, which is now Missionary International Service News Agency (MISNA).
Currently he is working with various newspapers on issues related to Africa and the global South, including Future, Life, Vatican Radio and the Giornale Radio Rai. Since February 2007 he has taught "missionary journalism/alternative journalism" at the Pontifical Gregorian University of Rome and is director of the magazines of the Papal Missionary Service.
