Jean-Philippe Foegle is a PhD candidate in public law and research assistant at the Centre de Recherche sur les Droits Fondamentaux (CREDOF-CTAD), University of Nanterre, Paris. He is co-organizer of the Whistleblowing and Human Rights conference jointly organized by the University of Nanterre and the Sorbonne with the support of the National Commission on Human Rights and Transparency International France. Jean-Philippe's thesis focuses on whistleblower legal protection. He has published numerous articles analyzing the evolution of French and European legislation in the past few years.
