Phoebe Connelly is the former (until August 2025) Senior Editor for AI Strategy and Innovation at The Washington Post, where she led the organisation’s pioneering work in generative AI, including the launch of Ask the Post AI.

She is currently studying for a Masters in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her research focuses on how newsrooms, journalists and creators can build resilience while tackling challenging news cycles, new platforms and emerging technologies.
