Thomas Manfredi is a statistician and econometrician at the Directorate of Employment Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. His research interests are in Labour Economics, including issues such as youth school-to-work transition, older workers' labour market, human capital accumulation, income inequality and the effects of labour market legislation. He contributed to many country studies, the OECD Employment Outlook and other working papers for the OECD. Father of Flavio, he is also an addicted blogger for LinkTank, an Italian economic think-tank, for which he covers a broad range of issues concerning economic empirical analysis.
