Francesca Folda is the editor of sky.it, the news website of Sky Italy. Under her leadership the number of monthly visits has risen from 2 to 5 million. She moved to the web after a long spell in print media. She began her career at La Notte, ANSA, Corriere della Sera and then spent 10 years as a special correspondent, both in Italy and abroad, at the Italian weekly Panorama. She is the winner of the Saint Vincent journalism award in 2000.
