Gaygysyz Geldiyev has run major independent Ukrainian broadcast media (Media holding company ZIK, Hromadske TV), designing and successfully implementing over 30 major media projects and managing teams of 400-500 people. As a Senior Partner at Jnomics Media, Gaygysyz helped 20+ independent local and national media in the CEE region grow in terms of audiences, products and revenue. He has been a trainer and mentor for 50+ media managers across the region, working to build their management and leadership skills. Gaygysyz is also lecturer at Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, where he helps to create a new generation of media managers from Post-Soviet countries
