A documentary filmed inside the Italian Identification and Expulsion Centers (CIE), where each year about 8 thousand people are held for up to 18 months under administrative detention (without having committed a criminal offense). A behind-the-scenes look at the realities of border control and daily life in the refugee camps, including the room at Terminal 3 of Rome Fiumicino airport where foreigners wait to see if they will be refused entry and the cages of the centers where the forced returns are made, until the outbreak of an uprising, filmed live.
