Cristiana Alicata is a gay, lesbian and transexual rights activist. A graduate in mechanical engineering from the University of Rome, she has worked in FIAT since 2003. She is a member of the editorial committee of I Mille, for which she writes the column Lezioni di impolitica and a blog. She is the author of Quattro (2006) and Verrai a trovarmi d'inverno (2011).
