Fathia Hizem is a Tunisian librarian and trade unionist. She has been actively involved in the Association Tunisienne des Femmes Démocrates for over 15 years. As a member of the Tunisian independent electoral commission, she participated in the organisation of the 23 October 2011 first free elections in Tunisia. She has represented the ATFD on various occasions in overseas conferences and institutional meetings.
