Gabriele Cruciata

Gabriele Cruciata is an Italian podcaster and journalist born in 1994. He has a focus on longform, investigative and slow journalism. He worked for some of Europe's main publications, including Vice, Mediapart, L'Espresso, Il Sole 24 Ore, Repubblica, Storytel, Sveriges Radio and Die Zeit. He was awarded with Premio Roberto Morrione for investigative journalism as well as with a special mention at Dig Awards, Premio Pippo Fava for young reporters and the Prix Reporters d'Espoirs. He also works as a producer, editor, trainer and media consultant. He's been working as Italy's Google News Lab Teaching Fellow since July 2022.
