Pam Bartlett Quintanilla is a Transparency and Democracy Campaigner for the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament. She has worked on transparency and democracy issues since 2010, when she first joined Access Info Europe. She has worked on a range of issues including lobbying regulation, transparency of the decision-making process, citizen participation and access to EU documents. Since September 2015, she coordinates the Greens/EFA group’s Transparency and Democracy priority, focussing notably on whistle-blower protection, integrity in the EU institutions and freedom of expression and information.
