A French MP, Sandrine Josso has been a member of the centrist "Les Democrats" party since 2017. She has always been committed to environmental health and the fight against pediatric cancers. Sandrine has fought for gender equality and against all forms of violence against women. She also initiated the creation of the separate offence of coercive control. A victim of drug-facilitated sexual assault in November 2023, Sandrine is currently leading a government mission to combat this threat to women’s safety. As well, she is the spokesperson for the association "M'endors Pas" (Don't Sleep), founded by Caroline Darian-Peyronnet, Gisèle Pélicot's daughter.
