Simon Bonavita, lawyer and adjunct professor in the Treatment of Sensitive Data at the University of Milan for the current academic year, currently serves as a Visiting Fellow at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence. He holds a Ph.D. in new technologies law and legal informatics from the University of Bologna. He has been published in scientific journals on the subjects of exponential technologies, the treatment of personal data and provider liability. He works at Studio Legale Perani Wells Associates as head of the department of IT law, Innovation, Privacy & Security.
