Thomas Frostberg has spent most of his career as a journalist covering issues about business, tech and innovation and how it contributes to global development. He was the editor for the Global Development Desk (2016-2018) at Sweden's largest morning paper Dagens Nyheter, which belongs to the Swedish media house Bonnier. The Global Development section’s coverage focuses on the work to achieve the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a special focus on how the private sector engages in the work through cross-sector collaboration with actors in civil society and the public sector. Thomas has a background as senior business columnist and business reporter for several Swedish newspapers, including morning papers such as Sydsvenskan and Helsingborgs Dagblad as well as B2B news sites Rapidus and 8till5. He has also been a staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle’s business and technology section through the Innovation Journalism Fellowship at Stanford University.
