Ugo Biggeri is president of the Banca Popolare Etica. He holds a degree in Physics and a PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Florence and has a specialised qualification in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from the University of Trento. He teaches in the Economics Department at the University of Florence. He is also active in the voluntary sector with the NGO Manitese and in the promotion of ethical finance. He is co-author of Manuale di finanza popolare (2012) and author of Il valore dei soldi (2012).
