We announce that the 2022 festival will take place in-person in Perugia from Wednesday 6 to Sunday 10 April.
As in previous years all festival sessions will be free entry for all attendees, without tickets and without registration. For those unable or unwilling to travel to Perugia, all festival sessions will be live-streamed with the on-demand video of each session available soon after.
The health and safety of festival participants will be our top priority. All anti-Covid measures in force in Italy in April for public gatherings will of course be implemented during the festival. Details will be provided in due course.
We invite the submission using this form of 2022 session proposals. Deadline 31 December. Please note that proposals accepted for the (cancelled) 2020 festival will not be carried forward to 2022. If your 2020 session proposal was accepted and you wish it to be included also in the 2022 programme, kindly submit the proposal again.
As regards the size of the 2022 festival programme, our intention is to offer something similar to the (cancelled) 2020 programme.
After a pause of two years, we look forward to welcoming the festival community back to Perugia.
