The future of work: innovation and rights

Is precariousness at work an irreversible reality, a sign of our times, or is it a pervasive ideology that makes us see such a condition as normal? Do automation, the web and the sharing economy outline new scenarios for the world of work? Or do they redesign the balance of power by giving us a future without welfare? Moving between market laws and rights, the panel will hear from three experts: Marta Fana, researcher and author of Non è lavoro è sfruttamento (Laterza, 2017), Francesco Seghezzi, director of the Adapt Foundation, and the journalist Riccardo Staglianò, author of Lavoretti (Einaudi, 2018).
