Anthony Paonita is a longtime writer and editor of legal affairs and business. Until recently, he was an editor at American Lawyer Media, serving as editor in chief of the award-winning legal/business trade publication and website Corporate Counsel, as well as a senior editor at The American Lawyer. Previously he was an editor at The National Law Journal, where he was senior editor and editorial writer. While there, he was part of a team of reporters and editors that won a prestigious George Polk Award for legal reporting. He’s also had a freelance career, writing opinion pieces for New York Newsday, and feature articles for Business Week and More magazines. Paonita is also a contributor to the website i-Italy.org, a digital project that seeks to connect those in North America who are interested in Italian culture and politics.
