Carlo Andrea Bollino is professor of Economics and Econometrics at the University of Perugia and professor of Energy Economics at the LUISS University in Rome. He is also vice president of the AIEE (Italian Association of Energy Economists) and the president of Sienergia S.p.A. He holds a degree in economics from the Bocconi University in Milan and a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
