Caterina Francesca Guidi

Caterina Francesca Guidi is a Research Associate at the European University Institute in Florence and a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at the University of Siena. She is an expert in analysis and modelling of quantitative data. Her research interests are mainly concentrated on changes in the European welfare and health systems due to the mobility and integration of migrants. Prior to joining the GlobalStat team in 2013, she worked for several international organizations and NGOs in Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Serbia and Spain, dealing mainly with public health and migration issues. She has written for the European Parliament Research Service blog, East Journal and Neodemos.info.
