Chiara M Ferrari coordinates the International, Social and Trend studies at Ipsos Public Affairs, the social research specialist division of Ipsos Italia, a market, social and opinion research agency, with 250 employees in Italy. It is part of the Ipsos Group, employing 16.000+ people in 88 countries in the world.
Chiara started her career in consultancy and coaching, and then moved to market and opinion research, where she has spent the last 25 years.
Since 2010 she has been head of the social studies team within the Public Affairs Department at Ipsos in Milano, where she coordinates international and qual-quant integrated studies, surveys and polls for NGOs, institutions and private companies in the areas of immigration and minorities, ageing, education, CSR, donations and fundraising, gender issues.
