Daniel O'Clunaigh
Daniel O'Clunaigh is project lead and trainer at Tactical Tech. Before joining TTC, Daniel worked on security and protection of human rights defenders through research and advocacy at an international level as well as grass roots observation, protective accompaniment and training. At Tactical Tech, he carries out research, writing and editing of digital security materials, as well as regularly facilitating digital security workshops. In particular, he is focusing on the development of 'holistic' approaches to digital security which are consistent with human rights defenders personal, organisational and emotional well-being. He also works closely with particular communities at risk such as women's rights advocates and LGBTI communities in order to develop context-specific digital security guides. Outside of work, he tries to make time for music, yoga, tweeting and blogging.
