Fouad Roueiha, raised in Rome by Syrian parents, has over a decade of experience as a journalist in community radio and media cooperation. His work has focused on human rights and grassroots democratization processes in the Mediterranean region. As a simultaneous interpreter, he has accompanied prominent figures and delegations from Iraqi, Syrian, Palestinian, and Lebanese civil society in public and institutional meetings.
He served as the Syria coordinator for the media outlet Osservatorio Iraq e Medio Oriente under the association Un Ponte Per and is now a Is a board member of this association . The organization has been dedicated for over 30 years to supporting civil societies across various countries and promoting peace and self-determination.
