Chef Rubio
Gabriele Rubini, better known as Chef Rubio, is an award-winning Italian chef with a high profile on social media (350K followers on Facebook, 60K on Twitter and 30K on Instagram). His TV series (Unti e Bisunti in 2013 and I re della Griglia in 2014) have attracted both a wide following and critical acclaim. He is the author of La Nuova Dieta Mediterranea (2014) and Unti e Bisunti (2014).
