Lianne Kerlin is a psychologist who is passionate about enhancing experiences in a digital world. Her research interests lie largely in understanding the impact of digital technology on people, spanning areas around human values, ethics, and metrics, as well as using positive psychology to create positive outcomes and valued experiences for people.

She leads the BBC R&D human values team; work that puts audiences' core values at the heart of shaping future media services. Using the Human Value Framework, her team creates bespoke tools for the creative process and provides a structure for evaluating products and services, so that ultimately both internal BBC and external industry teams can be human values-driven in their innovations.

Lianne is also a yoga teacher (YAP 200 hrs) and fitness enthusiast, who is very passionate about helping people in their well-being.
