Mikkel Gudsoe is a master of laws, mediator, honorary associate professor and external lecturer of negotiation at Aarhus University – Business and Social Sciences, Denmark where he also serves as Program Manager for the collaboration with the Program on Global Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Mikkel has regularly taught nationally and internationally to students, government officials, lawyers, accountants and business professionals for more than a decade. He has also been and still is an active coach of Danish award-winning teams in international negotiation and mediation competitions.
Previously, Mikkel worked as Chief Attorney in the Danish Fashion & Textile Trade Organization with responsibility for international trade relations as well as negotiation and conflict resolution and most recently as Executive Vice President - Legal Affairs in the Juhl Bach Group. Now founder and CEO of the consultancy and educational company Negotiation Institute ApS. Currently, he is focused on ways to implement mediation into constructive journalism together with the Constructive Institute in Denmark.
