European Commission Representation in Italy
Emilio Dalmonte is the Acting Director of the European Commission Representation in Italy. He read modern languages at Trieste University and EU Law at Copenhagen University. He started his career in the European Institutions in 1980 and has held a number of management roles in different sectors, including structural funds, financial control, IT and project management. He is a certified internal auditor and holds a number of international qualifications, including in management, control self-assessment and accountancy. He is currently in charge of institutional relations and political analysis.
