John Lloyd is a contributing editor to The Financial Times and the Director of Journalism at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford. In Italy he writes for the daily La Repubblica.
He is the author of The Miners' Strike (1988), Rebirth of a Nation. An Anatomy of Russia (1998) and What the media are doing to our politics (2004). His latest book, co-authored with Ferdinando Giugliano, is Gli Eserciti di Carta (2013) published by Feltrinelli.
