Robert Philomé
Robert Philomé is a TV news presenter of France 24. He was born in Haiti and worked for Radio Vision 2000 in the capital Port-au-Prince before being forced to flee into exile in France in 2001 in order to save his life. He is the author of Exil au crépuscule (2012) in which he recounts the story of his flight and his exile and co-author of Haïti réinventer l’avenir (2011) on life in Haiti before, during and after the earthquake of 12 January 2010.
