Tikhon Dzyadko, a radio and television journalist, is deputy editor-in-chief of TV RAIN, Russia’s only independent television station. He has a degree from the filology department of the Moscow State University. From 2005 to 2013 he was a journalist of the independent Moscow Radio Station Ekho of Moscow. As a radio journalist and anchor he covered Russian domestic politics and events in the former Soviet republics. From 2007 to 2013 he reported on the activities of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. From 2007-2012 he was Russian Correspondent of Reporters sans Frontieres. He joined TV RAIN in 2010. He was the popular Dzyadko X 3 talk show co-host (2010-2013) and since May 2011 he has been the host of the Hard Day’s Night program. He has been a TV RAIN News presenter since summer 2013. In January 2014 was appointed deputy editor of TV RAIN.
