Carolina Guerrero is the CEO and co-founder of Radio Ambulante, an award-winning Spanish-language podcast distributed by NPR, that uses long-form audio journalism to tell neglected and under-reported Latin American and Latino stories. Carolina is passionate about solving the problem of inequality of access and democratizing the kinds of stories being told across the region. Her team has been recognized with various prizes, including the prestigious Gabriel García Márquez Prize for innovation in Journalism, and a Third Coast/Richard H. Driehaus Prize for non-fiction audio journalism. Carolina was a John S. Knight Journalism fellow at Stanford University and lives in New York.
