Marco Calamari, an engineer, is a consultant on privacy and Computer Forensics, and is specialised as an Application Architect and archeologist of software legacy. He is passionate about privacy & cryptography on Internet, and has contributed to FOSS software projects like Freenet, Mixmaster, Mixminion, Tor & GlobaLaks. Founder of Progetto Winston Smith and co-founder of the Hermes Center, he writes for Punto Informatico the Cassandra Crossing weekly column. Since 2002 he has organised the yearly e-privacy congress on privacy and transparency issues in the digital age.
