Olle Zachrison is Head of News AI at BBC News, where he and his team work to accelerate the introduction of generative AI and related technologies into BBC News operations.
Previously, he was until April 2025 Head of AI and News Strategy at Swedish Radio, Sweden’s national public broadcaster.
Zachrison is also the co-founder (with Agnes Stenbom) of the Nordic AI Journalism Network, which runs the annual Nordic AI in Media Summit.
