Lina Ejeilat
Lina Ejeilat is the director and executive editor of 7iber.com, a leading independent online magazine that produces in-depth multimedia journalism and critical analysis on Jordan and the Arab region. She co-founded 7iber in 2007 as a volunteer-run citizen media platform, and helped transform it into a professional magazine and media organization with a full time staff of 17 and a large network of contributors across the Arab world.
In addition to leading 7iber, Lina teaches in the MA program at the Jordan Media Institute. Her courses cover audio-visual storytelling, data journalism, and in-depth reporting. She also leads training workshops in Jordan and the region on writing and reporting, visual storytelling, data journalism, and media management.
